1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "sajili" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" refers to the operator of the sajili online gaming platform accessible at sajili.net.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the sajili platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, household, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sajili reserves the right to close all accounts involved, forfeit any associated balances, and void all pending wagers.

4.2 Accurate Information

This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your sajili login credentials, including your username and password. sajili will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in — whether by you or by any third party who accessed your account — is your responsibility. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). sajili does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which sajili bears no responsibility.

5.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed on the sajili cashier page at the time of transaction. These minimums are subject to change; the amounts displayed in the cashier at the time of your transaction are the operative figures.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five minutes for KYC-verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day. Card withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on the issuing bank. sajili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above standard thresholds.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Attempting to withdraw uncleared bonus funds will result in the bonus being forfeited.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

sajili is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. sajili applies transaction monitoring and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for unusual transaction patterns. Any funds associated with suspected money laundering will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by sajili are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is made available and form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your sajili account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from your account balance without notice.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

sajili monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing opposing wagers on the same event to guarantee qualification for wagering requirements with minimal risk; and systematically exploiting low-risk betting strategies designed primarily to clear wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, sajili reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or permanently close the account.

6.4 Promotional Eligibility

Participation in any sajili promotion is subject to eligibility criteria set by sajili. sajili reserves the right to exclude specific players from specific promotions for any reason, including where a player's account is under review, where KYC is incomplete, or where previous bonus abuse has been identified.

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the sajili platform is governed by the specific rules of that game as defined by the respective game provider. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before placing wagers. sajili provides access to game rules within the game interface. Ignorance of specific game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund of wagers placed.

7.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, sajili will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore game state based on server-side records. Where it is not possible to restore a game state, wagers affected by a confirmed technical failure may be refunded to the player's account balance at sajili's discretion. sajili is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the player's side.

7.3 Malfunction Voids All Pays

In the event that a game malfunction is confirmed — meaning the game did not operate as intended due to a software or hardware fault — sajili reserves the right to void all affected wagers and winnings. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sajili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, voiding of all pending and historical wagers, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the sajili platform, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the sajili platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sajili platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the sajili platform without the prior written consent of sajili.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sajili's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sajili expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Indirect, special, or consequential losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits sajili's liability for death or personal injury caused by sajili's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your sajili account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures set out in Section 5. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to a verified payment method registered to your account. Bonus balances and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Termination by sajili

sajili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event that: you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions; sajili is required to do so by regulatory instruction or court order; sajili reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity associated with your account; or sajili ceases to operate the platform in your jurisdiction. 12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the sajili platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the sajili platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact sajili's support team via live chat or email to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. sajili will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 14 calendar days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through informal means, either party may then pursue formal legal remedies.

In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or a wager, sajili's server-side records shall be considered the definitive record of events and shall take precedence over any client-side display discrepancy.

14 Amendments to These Terms

sajili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sajili will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — which may include a notification displayed upon next sajili login, or an email to the address registered on your account. The updated terms will take effect upon the date indicated in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page.
